• All orders placed on medpiks.com are subject to availability and acceptance.
• We accept online payments via secure payment gateways.
• We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.
• Prices listed on the website are final at checkout—there are no hidden charges.
• In case of a failed transaction, the deducted amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days based on bank processing time. 

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We charge a flat ₹99 shipping fee on orders below ₹5000.
• Free shipping is available for orders of ₹5000 and above.
• Estimated delivery time: 2 to 6 working days (varies by location).
• We strive to ensure timely delivery, but com is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of disposable medical products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
 🔹 Gloves, Face Masks, Bouffant Caps, Shoe Covers, Surgeon Caps, Wet Wipes, Aprons, Surgeon Gowns, and all other disposable products.

Refund Process for Missing, Wrong, or Expired Items

• If your order is incomplete, incorrect, or contains expired items, you must provide an unboxing video as proof.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
• If verified, a refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
• We do not provide return shipping. If a return is approved, the customer must courier the product back to the address provided by our customer care team.
